There are few things more fun than watching a team celebrate after a big win. And few wins are bigger than No. 3 Kansas’ defeat of No. Light a way app. 1 Baylor on Saturday.

Kansas celebrated the 64-61 victory accordingly, with the celebration actually started by Kansas coach Bill Self. Self walked into the locker room calmly, then threw his water cup into the air to get things started.

Kansas had plenty of reasons to celebrate. The win gives Kansas 11 Quadrant I wins this season, more than any other team in the country, and likely cements the Jayhawks’ status as a No. 1 seed. It also helped Kansas tie Baylor at 13-1 atop the Big 12 with four league contests remaining. Kansas will face some tough games to close out Big 12 play—trips to Kansas State (even with the Wildcats struggling) and the season finale at Texas Tech stand out. But Baylor closes the year at West Virginia and has to play Texas Tech at home on a quick turnaround in a Big Monday game.

The Jayhawks put themselves in this situation thanks to 23 points and 19 rebounds by Udoka Azubuike, who logged perhaps his best performance in a Kansas uniform. Add in 13 points from Devon Dotson and 11 from Isaiah Moss, and the Jayhawks landed their biggest win of the season.

Kansas won't have to wait long to get back onto the court. The Jayhawks will host Oklahoma State in Lawrence on Monday with a chance to land Kansas' 14th Big 12 win.
