Feb 27, 2015  People see me on TV and I'm this calm, level headed guy. Honestly, that's the furthest thing from who I am. For a long time I struggled with anger and stress. I am level headed today - I am dribbling out of both corners of my mouth. I hope im posting this right since im very new to Reddit.I am the only child of my parents and I have loving parents but my problem is they just cannot seem to keep their cool in basically any kind of crisis especially my dad and they argue. I just lock up in my room once they fight but I have never seen any abuse in their fights yet. One such crisis was the day before a surgery I was caught in a fight and I tried my ultimate best to keep level headed. My grandpa tried calming the fight down but my dad really screwed things up that day and the only reason my surgery happened is because my grandpa told my dad to stand down and he took things over from there to make it happen but I couldn't handle anymore that day and broke down in my grandma's arms while grandpa scolded dad. Now my grandpa as well as my grandpa's brother are the most level headed,calm,wise people and best crisis handlers that I know. They are both are in their late 70's so they wont be able to do this stuff for long and they also live in different cities so my parents will have to learn to be more level headed if not myself.

Even recently in this COVID-19 crisis they argued 3 days ago.Just note that I am not from the US and in my country people live in their parents house until either they get a good job or getting married so please don't tell me to move out when I turn 18. I also love my parents and they love me and no abuse is going on anywhere.
