Monopoly

Monopoly Deal is a card game derived from the board-game Monopoly introduced in 2008, produced and sold by Cartamundi under a license from Hasbro. Players attempt to collect three complete sets of cards representing the properties from the original board game, either by playing them directly, stealing them from other players, or collecting them as rent for other properties they already own.

They are rules created by fans of the game in order to attempt to make the game more fair and/or more enjoyable). Deal Breaker can be played to steal what would be your third full property set. Meaning it can be used if you would immediately win the game from its use. Another common change is to play Deal Breaker as money only. It has a bank value of 5M, which still makes it a good card.

Another way to balance the deal breaker is to make it like a sly deal that can steal any single property from full or incomplete sets. Appropriate rules will need to be added when a house/hotel is part of that set. Usually the house/hotel becomes cash for the person who stole the property or the person who got their property stolen.Debt CollectorUse this card to demand 5M from one other player.
