To unlock the new event you first need to reach 14 hearts with Leah. You should already be around 10 since you’ve married her. To quickly raise the hearts with Leah you will want to give her the any of the following favorite items until you reach 14 Hearts:.

Weather permitting make your way to the Leah’s house area around noon. Once you enter the area you will trigger a cutscene with Leah. In this cutscene Leah and you are painting a portrait of Marnie. Leah will ask you what style she should do. The choices are:.

Classic country portrait. Colorful, retro pop-art. Minimalist modern.She will then paint a painting while you also paint one.

The results are not surprising. Leah’s painting looks good while your painting looks awful.
