A non-coder friend of mine gave me nearly the same idea a couple weeks ago.I told him the best approach is to think more about the actual problem he wants to solved. After some discussion he realized there are much simpler approaches.
I think a lot of people just get ahead of themselves and the best approach is to just push them in the right direction.Heck, sometimes I want to take on something as complex as making my own CoD. Then after a few hours of investigation I realize how unfeasible what I want to do is for me, and what I can do instead.Non-coders just haven't gone through that process much.
